The Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) is an educational and networking organization comprising new home sales and marketing professionals, as well as affiliates of the homebuilding industry.
Since its inception in 1989 as a council of the Southern California Building Industry Association (SCBIA), the IESMC has experienced tremendous growth and currently boasts 420 members representing the Inland Empire, one of the fastest growing new home construction areas in the country!
Over the past five years the council has garnered numerous national awards, both for membership growth and for sales and marketing excellence. Its crowning achievement however, came in 2002 when the IESMC was named Best Council in the U.S.
The IESMC hosts regular dinner meetings where members come to learn, to network, to be recognized for sales achievements and to simply relax and enjoy the company of peers. In addition to dinner meetings, SMC offers a variety of social events, fund (and fun) raisers, accredited educational programs and sales seminars.
Inland Empire SMC believes in building and maintaining close ties to the communities it serves. It does this by supporting local charities, such as Homeaid, Steven’s Hope, The Children’s Fund, the House of Ruth and more. Members are encouraged to actively support the SMC’s charitable efforts.
