Eligibility Requirements - Candidates:

Must be a member of the Inland Empire SMC and Project or Builder’s Corporate offices must be located within the boundaries of the Inland Empire SMC.
- Only sales which have a valid deposit receipt by the entrant are eligible.
- Net sales refers to gross sales, less cancellations (no reservations).
- The entry form must be authorized and signed by an officer or sales manager from the entrant’s company.
